Everything we did during our visit to Asheville was great, but the highlight of our trip was that each day it was such a joy to return home to 49 Broadway. We feel so lucky to have found this place!
We really enjoyed Rezaz (restaurant), brunch at the Grove Park Inn, Thomas Wolf House, Biltmore Estate (of course), North Carolina Arboretum, Carl Sandburg House, Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and, of course, the mountains.

Asheville is such a great place to visit, and the Asheville Loft Downtown was a beautiful, comfortable, sophisticated place to call home during our stay. It has the absolute best of everything — design, comfort, quality furnishings, location, underground parking garage, a kitchen stocked with all the best from Crate & Barrel and Kitchenaid, the TV’s and high-end electronics.
This place belongs in a design magazine!

We had such a fantastic time in lovely Asheville!
And your home here at 49 Broadway is a spectacular, comfortable, high-class oasis in the middle of the city. We felt so fortunate waking up there in the morning, stopping by for lunch during the day, and returning home every evening. While we were here, it felt like we could be in New York City or London or some other incredible place. But then, this IS an incredible place!
We loved the rain shower with the overhead skylight, the soaker tub in the guest bathroom, the sound system with individual room remote controls, the artwork with the huge TV behind it, and the ceiling fans too. We didn’t cook much because the restaurants were so close and so good, but the walnut kitchen cabinets were beautiful, and the granite countertops too!
The place was truly spectacular and amazing and we were thrilled to have found it!
